The undersigned (“Student/Owner/Participant”) in consideration of services/instruction or training of your horse, or involving any work with horses, offered by Greg Eliel, Donna Eliel, and/or Greg Eliel HLL LLC, (“collectively referred to as Greg”) which instruction/services may take place in total or in part on properties owned/leased by Greg, or on property not owned by Greg, or through virtual or online instruction, hereby agrees as follows:
I HEREBY RELEASE GREG ELIEL HLL LLC, AND/OR GREG ELIEL, HIS FAMILY, HEIRS, EMPLOYEES AND CLINIC SPONSORS FROM THE FOLLOWING:
Any and all claims, demands, or causes of action of any nature whatsoever, now existing or as may accrue in the future in favor of myself, dependents, or to my property, both animate and inanimate, which claim, cause of action, or demand arises from entering and being on Greg’s property, taking instruction from Greg, using tack or equipment provided by Greg or, observing a horse owned or managed by Greg or purchasing, using or leasing a horse from Greg, and/or from any activities which arise from Greg’s horse-training and teaching business.
THIS RELEASE WAIVES ANY RIGHTS I HAVE TO PURSUE ANY CLAIMS, DEMANDS, OR CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING AS DESCRIBED ABOVE, WHETHER ARISING FROM NEGLIGENCE OR DEFAULT OF GREG, AND I ASSUME AND ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK OF INJURY OR LOSS AS DESCRIBED ABOVE, WHICH MAY OCCUR BECAUSE OF MY ENTRY ONTO THE PROPERTY, GREG’S PREMISES, AND OR MY PARTICIPATION IN GREG’S BUSINESS OR ANY EQUINE ACTIVITIES UNDER HIS SUPERVISION.
This release shall be effective at all times hereafter unless and until withdrawn in writing, and upon five-day notice of such withdrawal personally delivered to Greg Eliel.
I have fully read and understand the foregoing Release and agree to its terms.
